Auscultation and diagnosis
The lemon tree is a plant of Mediterranean climate. It therefore needs a lot of sunshine. This gardener's problem does not therefore come directly from exposure to the sun. Nevertheless, it is interesting to dwell on the shape of the spots. These are very delimited and sometimes circular. We can therefore deduce that the owner of the plant has probably watered the leaves of his lemon tree, and that by passing through the glass and water, the rays have been amplified. So they burned the leaves.
At first, you can remove the burnt leaves. In the future, avoid wetting the foliage, especially if your lemon tree is very exposed to the sun. If however you want to clean it, do it in the evening at sunset, or move your lemon tree in a shaded room.
